REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

At ProTools, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy is provided in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986.

Returns If your product is faulty, not fit for purpose, or doesn't match its description, you are entitled to a remedy under the Consumer Guarantees Act. This may include a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the nature of the fault.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for faulty or incorrectly supplied items. Items must be unused and in original packaging where possible.

We do not accept returns for change of mind, however we may offer an exchange at our discretion.

How to Request a Return Email us at info@protools.co.nz with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where relevant. We will respond within 2 business days.

Refunds Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. If you purchased using a finance option, we will work with the finance provider to resolve the matter appropriately.

Shipping Costs on Returns If the return is due to a fault or our error, we will cover return shipping costs. If the return is at your request for any other reason, return shipping is at your cost.
