SHIPPING POLICY
Delivery Areas We deliver to all addresses within New Zealand, including rural addresses. We do not currently ship internationally.
Processing Times Orders are processed within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Timeframes
- North Island urban: 3–5 business days
- South Island urban: 4–7 business days
- Rural addresses: add 2–3 additional business days
Please note these are estimated timeframes and delays may occur during peak periods or due to courier disruptions outside our control.
Shipping Rates All shipping is included in the purchase price throughout NZ
Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.
Damaged or Missing Orders If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@protools.co.nz within 5 business days of the expected delivery date and we will investigate promptly.
